What is Recruitment Process Outsourcing?
RPO is a form of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) using model-utilizing sourcing and recruiting on and/or offsite. Our RPO model allows you to focus on business and let us focus on finding great talent. We take on the responsibility of sourcing, managing metrics, and driving the talent to your business.
When you choose Raso, you are getting experts in candidate sourcing, a creative sourcing model made for your needs, and the ability to scale as your hiring needs change.
Our Global Delivery Center (GDC), located in the Philippines, allows us to scale with your needs and provide a 24×7 sourcing model.
The RPO Process
Step 1: Requisition Gathering
In the requisition gathering stage, we will talk about your business, its infrastructure and your outlook for the company. We see ourselves as an extension of your business and will look for candidates that can grow with your business. So, we need to know your business!
We will build job descriptions and provide a statement of work to include your technology needs and infrastructure requirements, including hardware, software, operating platforms and email providers, communication methods, file sharing, and any specific necessities for your business.
The Goal: Itemized Costs and Statement of Work
Step 2: Candidate Sourcing
Our in-house recruiting team is working year-round to build a strong pipeline of
viable candidates and network to reach those with very specific and hard-to-find skills. Our social reach, along with our access to all major job boards, along with our reputation as an excellent employer means we are able to source the right talent for each client quicker than other RPO providers.
Once we narrow down the candidate selection to fit the statement of work, we start interviewing candidates to ensure they would be a good fit for your company’s culture. Our onboarding process relies heavily on a good cultural fit in order for the new employee to get to work quickly. We vet all candidates based on their skillset and cultural fit and then present the shortlist to you for interviews.
Goal: Interviews Scheduled With The Shortlisted Candidates
Step 3: Candidate Selection
Your team has been chosen and they are raring to go. Before they jump into recruiting for you, we’ll help them with the following:
- General training & skills development (our award-winning sales trainer Brian Brown has developed the Raso sales training curriculum).
- Employee expectations
- Hardware and software deployment and support
- Performance management metrics
- HR-specific consultations covering payroll, timekeeping, management structure, an org chart, and all legal and compliance matters.
Now, your team is ready to go to work. In approximately 6 weeks, we have built a highly-qualified and driven team that will recruit entirely for your business, report directly to you and yet, never bothers you with the menial burden of software not working, or a telephone down.
Upon request, we are available to help monitor any one individual or the team’s success, but otherwise – they are all yours!
Goal: Fully-functional recruiting team working on your objectives, without the bother of HR concerns or infrastructure issues.
