Pay attention to how the hiring manager answers this question unless you don’t mind answering emails after regular business hours.

Question #3 What does career development look like in this role?

According to a recent study conducted by the American Staffing Association, 28% of candidates leave their jobs because of poor career growth. If you’re looking to develop your skills in your chosen industry, you’ll want to ask this question to see whether not there is an opportunity for you to grow.
