Brian Brown
President

Nick Pecchenino
VP of Finance & Accounting
Nick Pecchenino is the VP of Finance for Raso Solutions. In this role, he oversees all financial aspects for the company and drives the financial operating plans that define the company’s corporate strategy. He is a trusted leader and has built an outstanding F&A team that enhance revenue and drive profit by leveraging their expertise in domestic and international business support and Nick’s interpretation of business analytics.
His secret to success? His never-ending infectious energy.

Dave Grimsrud
Director of Operations
Dave Grimsrud is the Director of Operations, overseeing all sales, recruiting, and operations efforts in the Philippines for Raso Solutions. Dave is responsible for implementing the long-term strategy for Raso and analyzing the effectiveness of its existing operations.
Dave has extensive experience managing large teams for several of the leading US brands. He exemplifies leadership and continues to work daily with Raso managers helping to develop teams that are driven, hard-working, collaborative, loyal, and happy to work at Raso Solutions.

Sylvia Regalado Aburto
Vice President
As a staffing executive with over twenty years of experience managing sales, client services and recruiting teams across the Southern California region, Sylvia has developed a reputation for excellence within the human resources industry. Prior to joining Raso, she worked for one of the largest global providers of HR services as well as several regional firms. Sylvia’s leadership skills and industry knowledge has produced substantial growth for both her employers and clients, making her a valuable asset to Raso Solutions. She has a stellar track record of sales performance that consistently exceeds quotas and sales plans. She is a strong leader and mentor, training and developing sales professionals into cohesive-teams that consistently perform above expectations.
